The apartment, which was completely renovated in 2013, is on the second and last floor of a house that is more than 100 years old in the center of Ftan. Therefore, it is very bright and offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The apartment stands out with its innovative architecture. Large windows, high ceilings and tasteful modern furnishings with lots of light pine wood, larch parquet and large black slabs of slate (floor heating) in the kitchen/living area make this apartment so special. The lamps and furniture are mostly modern in style, or else a few older pieces of furniture have been chosen to match the style. Wireless Internet (WLAN) is available throughout the apartment. The living and dining room with an open kitchen (including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc...) is a 4.5 m high room with panoramic windows. A cozy parlor with a Swedish stove, TV and sofa offers an ideal retreat. 2 bedrooms with new double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds ensure optimal sleeping pleasure (in addition to the wonderful mountain air). 1 large bathroom (floor heating) with toilet and large shower and 1 small toilet with sink ensure that you don't get in each other's way in the morning. 1 large terrace (west side) and 1 small balcony (south side) invite you to soak up the sun, a ski room in the basement offers enough storage space and a washing machine/tumble dryer can be used. 1 private parking space next to the house is available (4x4 required in winter).
