About this property

Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico from the extra large balcony of Inverness unit 505. These condominiums are located directly on the beach, with beautiful views including an unbelievable view of the sunrise. Being located only minutes away from local shops and great restaurants make this property very enjoyable. You can always choose to use the full kitchen and cook-in or simply order-in and stay in the privacy of your own unit and enjoy the gorgeous evening view from your own balcony. Fireplace provided for those chilly nights.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers some of the best views on the entire island. Perfect for a family of six. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a private master bathroom, the 2nd guest bedroom has a two twin beds, plus there is a queen sized sleeper sofa. Extra large balconies and windows from floor to ceiling leave you with breathtaking views of the gulf of Mexico and the heavens above. Also equipped with cable and wifi.

The pool, sundeck, and jacuzzi are located on the 3rd floor and offer unobstructed gulf views as well, and their Southern exposure keeps them in the sun all day long. There is also a large ADULT ONLY jacuzzi on the North side of the building, just steps from our front door, that offers gulf views for that perfect ambiance. This condo provides direct beach access from the bottom floor, and controlled access to the building and parking areas. This is the perfect place to start, or continue, the family tradition of beach vacations!

Great Location for a weekend getaway w/ dog

This is a great location and the condo was pretty clean. There were a couple spots in the guest shower that were missed but it was otherwise clean.The beds are firm but I did not find them uncomfortable. The cost was on the high side compared to other, similar condos. I would have opted for something else except I was traveling with my dog. The whole building is very dog friendly. I would stay here again if I needed to bring my dog.

Great location near restaurants the IGA store. Very quiet and peaceful.

We had a good time sitting on the deck and watching the waves and having our morning coffee, after dinner drinks. The Condo is as beautiful as the pictures but the patio chairs could use a little freshening up. This is my go to place for next year.

Somewhat disappointed

I think the biggest disappointment, the fact there were concrete stairs, about eight going up from the garage entrance to get on the beach. I have arthritis in my knees. I did brave it, then paid dearly that night. So all though the beach was close, I was unable to go . The living room furniture is so uncomfortable. It was like sitting on a wooden beach. The master bedroom bed was the highest I've ever seen. Extremely hard to get in, and very hard. It has a great deck, and has nice updates. We didn't care for the complex at all. Even had stairs to the pool. Also, we go every year for 10 years, this was the most expensive condo to date. We will to book there again.
