Detached house on a hillside with a large garden in Blaustein, approx. 5 km from Ulm.
About 10 minutes on foot by bus and train.
Modern decor, very quiet residential area. Ideal starting point for excursions to Ulm (old town, Münster, town hall, city wall, central library, Weishaupt art gallery, botanical garden, Wiblingen monastery), to the Swabian Jura, Stuttgart, Munich.

Kurzurlaub in Blaustein und Ulm

Von Blaustein aus ist man schnell in Ulm und auch in Blaubeuren. Ein sehr schöner Wald liegt unweit hinter dem Haus. Der Garten ist sehr naturbelassen und die Terrasse ist von duftenden Kräutern umgeben. Das Haus hat viele, auch steileTreppen. Die Hanglage ist beim Aufstieg aus dem Ort kommend schon ein wenig anstrengend, mit dem Auto aber kein Problem. Alles in allem war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Fijne woning in woonwijk

Een woning tegen de berg op gebouwd tussen gewone woonhuizen. Netjes ingericht en keurig schoon. De bedrn liggen goed, voldoende steun. De keuken is volledig uitgerust. In de omgeving mooie plekken om te bezoeken en te wandelen. Uit eten in Lixpark voor de authentiek Duitse keuken. Fijn contact met de eigenaren. Ze zijn goed bereikbaar en hebben goede tips gegeven.

A lovely week near Ulm.

We had a very nice week in Baden-Würtenberg; the landlady and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, eager to give us as much information and guidance as possible, and they made us feel at ease and at home. The house is very nicely furnished and the kitchen allows real family cooking (and not only quick holiday snacks as it is often the case); we slept very well despite the heatwave, and enjoyed having beakfast on the patio (the neighbourhood is very quiet). Shops are at a walking distance and a bike (or a bus, at the end of the road) will allow you to reach the city centre of Ulm very quickly.

Gemütliches und gepflegtes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche Osterurlaub mit der Familie verbracht. Das Städtchen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und dennoch gemütlich und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Bei der Ausstattung mangelte es an nichts, man kann sich wie zuhause fühlen. Auch die hinter dem Haus liegende Terrasse und der große angrenzende Garten lassen einen die Sonnenstunden genießen. Auf die Tatsache, dass bedingt durch die Hanglage die Treppen im Haus steiler sind und auch der Garten ein paar Stolperfallen für Kinder aufweist, haben uns die Vermieter im Vorfeld freundlich hingewiesen (und wir sind damit insgesamt auch gut klar gekommen). Das Haus ist älter, aber sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einziges Manko waren die doch teilweise extrem knarzenden Bodendielen oben, die ein älterer, aber doch charmanter Holzboden mit sich bringt. Die An- und Abreise erfolgte durch die flexible Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ohne Probleme. Wir haben die Woche genießen können!
