Beautiful Condo

We stayed at this property with our son, his wife, and their two little girls. It was their first time at The Grand and they LOVED everything about it. This unit was especially nice for grandparents + Grandkids successful they shared the Jack and Jill bathroom with the little ones. The pool was the girls’ favorite. We will definitely be returning to The Grand for our family vacation. Thank you Rich was hosting your beautiful property!

The property and location were amazing. Our contact was always available to help. Weather was a bit iffy but with all the places nearby to visit, we had a wonderful time and would consider again for next year.

Great Beach Vacation!

This condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. Lovely modern condo with upscale but comfortable furnishing in a beautiful building with a spectacular pool steps from the beach. We loved the extra perk of beach chair/umbrella service at this location (was so nice to not have to lug all chairs back and forth everyday). In unit laundry was also a big plus - cuts down in packing when traveling with the whole family. Rich, our host, was very responsive (when we found the dishwasher not functioning, he had the building handyman come out the next day and fix it). I wish linen service included towels (we had to bring hand towels for all the bathrooms and the kitchen, and bath towels for everyone in addition to our beach towels), but we’re advised on this ahead of time so we were prepared. Last note - listing stated 2nd bedroom has a “Murphy bed” but it’s actually a twin size Trundle bed under the full size bed, so the listing needs to be updated. In the end, the bed was suitable for our 2 kids. All in all - we had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this unit!
