I have hosted guests at three different homes and was a guest at different homes several times during my trips.

Pretty peaceful and lively. Recreational areas around the river is at 10 minutes walk. Most favorite places in old town and downtown are all at walking distance. Lot's of cafes, pubs at Toros street. 10 minutes walk to the Şinasi, the street packed wıth pubs and restaurantsç There is a Migros grocery store at the intersection of building's street (63007 sk.) and Toros Street.

***The building is certified as 'Not damaged' after the February 6th earthquake. Buildings at the city center were not damaged at all. This building constructed with the most recent building codes which makes it more resistant to earthquakes and other disasters. The space is a 2-bedroom apartment on the sixth floor of of a new building at a neat neighborhood. Kitchen will have everything that you might need of. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. Hot water and heating is from natural gas and will be available on bathroom and the kitchen. The living room has a large LCD TV, sound system and a laptop workspace. Main bedroom has a queen-size bed with a LCD TV. Small room has a twin-size bed and a folding bed. Bathroom is three-piece (bathtub, European toilet, washbasin). All the supplies (hygiene supplies, laundry and disher supplies) are provided. Internet is fast (50Mbps download speed) and reliable through fiber. TV comes with Turksat satellite channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Spotify memberships and Roku for TV Channels through internet.
