Located on a lively one-way street, this apartment sits in a charming old building. Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a restaurant, a bar, and a tobacco shop, perfect for enjoying the local atmosphere. While the building shows some signs of age, such as cracks in the common areas and worn shutters, these details reflect its character and history. They don’t take away from the comfort of the apartment, which has been thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay.

The 60 m² apartment is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator, so it’s not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. As you step inside, you’ll discover a bright space with tasteful decor.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, best suited for one person due to its compact size. There’s also a TV for relaxing after a day out.

The dining area includes a table that seats up to four guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a washing machine.

Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200 cm), made up with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available to store your belongings and help you feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, and a bathtub.

Out of respect for the neighbours, parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden in the apartment.
We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, especially during the evening and night.
Any violation may lead to intervention and even immediate cancellation of the stay. Thank you for your understanding.

The Jean-Médecin district is one of the liveliest and most central areas of Nice, perfect for visitors who want to explore the city on foot. Centered around Avenue Jean-Médecin, the city’s main shopping street, it’s lined with boutiques, cafés, restaurants, and major stores like Galeries Lafayette and Zara. The area is very well connected by public transport, especially the tram, offering quick access to the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, and the train station. Bustling during the day yet relatively quiet at night, it’s an ideal neighbourhood for combining cultural discovery, shopping, and relaxation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Jean-Médecin (lines L2 and L3), is just a 3-minute walk.

Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
