A very luxury cottage on the mountain on not its visible, an idyllic plot of 800 m2. Apart from two steps to the pool is all on one level, only a part of the garden leads a small staircase.
Outside: garden with a large lawn and playground, shrubs, plants and hedges, pool (8 x 4m) with Roman steps, glazed barbecue house and sun terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the beautiful mountain Montgo and the surrounding greenery.

Inside: Lichtdurchflutetes, very spacious living-dining room with panoramic views, satellite TV (all German channels), open kitchen with bar, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer, double bedroom with single mattresses and a double mattress, bath / shower / WC with double sinks, a separate toilet with sink.

The house has air conditioning and gas central heating, garage for one car with direct access to the house. Another parking space is available in front of the garage. Distances: the sea is approximately 4.5km from the city, 4km to bars / restaurants 3km. Car is necessary.
