Surrounded by pine trees lies the holiday home. On different terraces on different levels you have the opportunity to enjoy the view. A large veranda invites you for breakfast and you can watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. The house is located in an urbanization 5km from Gandia and 10 km from the beach, quiet in the middle of orange groves. You need a car because no bus goes to the urbanization. The house is located near Gandia and has 75000 inhabitants. Gandia is located on the Mediterranean Sea on the Costa del Alzahar 65 south of Valencia and 90 km north of Alicante. From Gandia an S-Bahn-like train goes to Valencia. Today Gandia is one of the larger coastal towns of the region, it is a living center of commerce and tourism. The city consists of 2 parts: Gandia Vila around the old city center with the historical monuments, the train station and the main shopping streets and Gandia Platja, where there is a great sandy beach and a lively neighborhood. In addition, the beach and the city center are about 2 km apart.
