About this property

Come and relax at this beautiful unit as you enjoy the gorgeous bay and ocean views from your large balcony. Listen to the waves crashing in the morning as you enjoy a cup of coffee as you ponder what fun the family will have that day. Inside, you will be treated to beautiful furnishings along with luxury vinyl and tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a huge king size bed to spread out and relax and the large master bath features marble countertops, a large shower along with a whirlpool bath. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights where you may want to stay in and eat. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms and of course free Wi-Fi. There is also a large washer and dryer for guest use.

The Belmont is in an excellent location on Dorchester Street. As soon as you come across the route 50 bridge you are practically there. You will love having two parking spots being near the boardwalk. You can park the cars and forget them as you will have easy access to all the rides and attractions on the boardwalk, shops, direct access to the beach, great fishing and of course the many fabulous restaurants. Need a break from the sand? There is a beautiful rooftop pool for your enjoyment along with a sauna and gym. Could this place be more perfect?

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and complex.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 7th floor. The Belmont is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located in the inlet on Dorchester Street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Valentine weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. Really don’t have to drive anywhere. It is all about location. Enjoyed long walks on the boardwalk and watching the sunsets. Relaxing and peaceful getaway. The only negative is that the kitchen was not very well stocked with dinner plates and silverware. The pots and pans could use an upgrade.

4 Grandteens Boardwalk Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 4 grandkids, all teenagers now, have been coming from Rhode Island to our house at the beach for 5 years. A frequent comment has always been "Can we stay on the boardwalk sometime?"A 3-night stay at this condo was a surprise this year for my daughter's family of 6. As is said, the look on their faces as they entered and explored the unit was PRICELESS! My 16yr old granddaughter's appraisal said it all "I could live here permanently." My daughter and son-in-law were also totally amazed by this condo. This gift was a grand slam.My daughters only adverse comment upon returning to my home was that the humidity in the unit did get uncomfortable, even when using the ceiling fans.The location was the highlight for this active family. Not a single minute of their stay was wasted. A trip to the beach they will certainly remember.
