This apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of built in 2016 Ahlbeck suites and is suitable for 2 to 3 persons. The modern and bright 2-room apartment is 53 square meters and has a balcony where you can already enjoy the sun in the morning. The light-filled living room has a cozy seating area with armchairs and a couch to relax inviting with sleep function and a coffee table. Also available is a dining table that can accommodate 4 persons. TV and stereo are of course available. Also integrated in the living room is a modern kitchenette, which is equipped with induction hob, combi microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, a beautiful vanity with ample storage space and a large mirror and a toilet. For a pleasant warmth provides underfloor heating in the entire apartment. The apartment is allocated a parking space which is located on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed also on the property.

The 2016 newly built Ahlbeck suites are located in a quiet but very central location of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is just 325 meters from the charming promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. After a few steps you will find all the amenities of a beautiful resort such as restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues. The historic pier can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Especially at peak times, when almost all holidaymakers send their pictures and news home or to the social networks, it regularly comes to failures.

Rundum Sorglospaket!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Apartment war sauber und gemütlich, es war alles da, was man braucht! Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe! Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war freundlich und kompetent! Wir kommen wieder!
