ALOHA and WELCOME to the Napili Point Resort Rental, LLC! Nestled above shimmering Honokeana Bay, Napili Point Resort is a low rise condominium resort where every condo has an incredible ocean view with the islands of Moloka’i and Lana’i silhouetting spectacular legendary Maui sunsets!

Our condos are completely appointed separate residences, beautifully decorated, each with an ocean view with all the comforts of home – and more.

ONE DAY RENTALS: Please send us a message if you are interested in renting our space for just one night. We can arrange to make accommodations if needed.

UPON ENTRY: Please let us know right away if for some reason you find that our place does not meet your expectations. We do everything in our power to ensure our guest's expectations are met. Perfect!

Just perfect! Clean, comfortable and a million view in the area we love! Bonus for the use of beach chairs, towels, and ice chest. This will be our new go to accomodation on Maui! not hestit

Outstanding Location

Snorkeling is great right outside the unit - lots of turtles! Easy walk to the next cove and the Gazebo restaurant is excellent. If you like to take a fantastic walk, the Kapalua trail is close by; highly recommend.

Great Vacation

Overall, this place is simply amazing. The view and location are perfect for whale watching or catching a sunset from the Lanai. The bay it overlooks always has turtles and great snorkling, with a nice sandy beach right around the corner. Also, a quick walk to an amazing restaurant, the Gazebo, definitely check this place out. There were a lot of ants and a few other bugs but we have seen this other places too. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities but some of the towels were bleached and likely should have been replaced. There were not many kids or younger people around but that didnt stop our 9 year old from having a blast. Definitely would recommend this location and would come back.

Great Condo

We had a great stay in Sean’s condo. The place was super comfortable for three of us. The location was amazing with great views and epic snorkeling only steps away. We swam with the sea turtles every day. Sean is a fantastic host and we would stay their again.

Excellent Stay

Sean’s place was really great! Area and location are quiet and peaceful with fantastic views. Great snorkeling and a beach within walking distance as well as gear rentals and The Gazebo right next door. The condo is very nicely renovated and decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.there is even some beach gear in the condo available for use. Sean is a great host and provided all the details we needed for the stay. We even met his cleaner as we were checking out and got to chat with her for a couple minutes. She was extremely nice and you can tell they both strive to provide a great accommodation. We definitely recommend staying here. Tyler & Jen

Perfect condo in a perfect location.

We have stayed at Napili Point before but this was our first time in this condo. It was beautifully furnished, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I loved the ease of check in and the key code made it so we didn’t have to worry about a key. Although we didn’t use it that much the air conditioners came in handy.

Great location, perfect spot! Host was easy to communicate with.

We had a major plumbing issue with flooding and the host was quick to respond and relocated us to a very nice resort nearby. Things like this happen and he did all the right things to make it as comfortable for us as possible. Would highly recommend!

Getaway to Napili Point Resort

This is a beautiful location, and the unit was very nice with a great view. We had a lot of rain the week we were there, and there was a leak of some water into the bedroom floor one of the days. But it was not a big problem and we completely enjoyed our stay.

Our favorite spot on earth!

We have stayed at Napili Point multiple times in A and C units, but this was our first stay in a B unit and Sean’s place did not disappoint. Very clean, updated unit with nice furniture in the living room and nice patio furniture to enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets. The a/c units in the living room and bedroom worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the spices and condiments that kept us from having to buy several things for meals. Overall it was a great stay! The best location with the best snorkeling with sea turtles right outside the door! We will be back!

Perfect stay in Napili!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful unit! Sean was fantastic to deal with right from the start -- answered all our questions and made the check in/check out process so smooth. The location is perfect -- we swam with turtles every day (great variety of fish too!), watched whales breaching from our lanai while enjoying our morning coffee, walked to Napili Bay to swim and snorkel.The property was well maintained, pool was immaculate.The condo was super clean, well stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated, comfy bed. We were sad to leave! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sean!!

Last minute trip and it was fantastic!

We decided at the last minute to book a quick trip to Maui. Booked on Wednesday and arrived on Friday! We are very familiar with the area but had never stayed at Napili Point. What a wonderful surprise! The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The location and view were great too. It was wonderful to get food from our favorite takeout place (Honokowai Okazuya and Deli) and eat it on the patio, enjoying the ocean breezes and the gorgeous sunsets. Being able to walk to the Gazebo for breakfast and Napili Bay to bob in the waves was so nice. The owner was super responsive on the few occasions that we had questions. It was a joy to stay at B18 and we will definitely be back.

Disappointing booking

While the unit and location was as advertised. The next door unit was having major renovations so the noise from workers bench saw literally 8ft away from rear patio, plenty of hammering etc. So unable to enjoy any peace. So after 2 days decided we would leave as it was our holiday and time was limited and did not want to waste the chance to relax. I complained to the owner that had he advised , we would have booked elsewhere to start with. I asked for the some amount of refund but no response from the owner. Disappointing as the location was nice but the noise meant no afternoon siestas or late sleep ins. Previous properties we have stayed or had to change plans the owners have always advised us if renovations are taking place in nearby units before we made the booking.

Great location

Overall property location was great. There was a small water leak in the unit. Property owner was responsive and got things taken care of quickly. Great vibe of property grounds and good snorkeling right outside of property

Paradise!

Staying at Sean's condo this past week was a slice of paradise! The clean, happy decor inside was a special bonus to the beauty outside! The proximity to fabulous snorkeling and the beautiful bay was wonderful! The condo was equipped with chairs and towels and snorkeling gear for the two of us. We appreciated the timely communication with Sean and easy check in upon our arrival. While a small thing to some, I loved the shampoo and conditioner as well! :) We highly recommend this condo!

Gorgeous and relaxing!

The unobstructed view of Honokeana Cove, looking across to Lana'i, is gorgeous. The B unit is easily accessible on the parking lot level, and the condo complex is in an ideal location around the point from the south edge of Napili Bay beach. The unit itself is clean, well appointed, quiet, and very comfortable. Our ten days was a delight!

Fantastic!

Spectacular view especially for this time of year for whale watching. Easy access to water for swimming and snorkeling. Surrounded by all the conveniences like grocery store and restaurants for whether we want to eat in or eat out. Quiet and relaxing. Great spot, will definitely come back again!
