Plenty of room for everyone

Overall, we had a very nice stay in Vail over Thanksgiving. The property manager is wonderful to work with and very informative. They also responded to anything we needed quickly. If there had been enough snow for skiing, this would be an excellent ski and ski out location. The house is about 2 blocks from the place that you could ski down to get on the Eagle Bahn lift. It takes about 16 minutes to hike down to Vail village and 20 to hike back up the hill. The house needs some updating especially the pink carpet. It has features from when it was built in the late 60’s. One thing that’s not in the pictures is the spiral staircases. It is a narrow spiral staircase which takes some thought when it comes to moving luggage up and down. We also had a baby with us, and we made sure that the family had the queen size bedroom on the main floor. The master and another bedroom is downstairs. All of the bedrooms are a good size, and have enough separation that you feel you have privacy. There is a queen size bed in the loft but has a spiral staircase going up to it. My grandson thought it was the best place in the world. The two bedrooms in the basement have king size beds, and we let them know that the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was weak. The kitchen comes with everything you need. They even included a spice rack which was so helpful. It could use a couple of small sauce pans. There is a one car garage and room on the driveway since all cars have to be off the street.

Spectacular neighborhood!

Older house that probably needs updating (stairs), but you can’t beat the neighborhood and location. Plenty of towels, clean and comfy beds. Lots of tvs. Thank you for another great stay in Vail!
