Step inside and get comfortable in this gorgeous three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome located 500 yards (10 minute walk) from the world-class Steamboat Resort. Free shuttle stops in 2 locations close by the home that takes you to the ski hill (quick 8 minute ride to ski mountain and 3 minute ride home). Free shuttle also can take you all around the town of Steamboat.

Providing you with luxury and comfort, this property features granite countertops, slate floors, and a gas fireplace for you to cozy up in front of for a night of games, relaxation or a movie. The attached garage makes it easy to unload luggage, groceries and gear.

With a large chef's kitchen, you are welcome to whip up your best dish and enjoy it with the family around the large dining room table in the dining area.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Another bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk area. A large bathroom with a stunning stand-up shower is just right across the hall from those two bedrooms. The master suite sits on this floor with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in closet. This property also features a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for drying out your ski bibs and new smart TV's in each bedroom.

For winter, there are 2 hot tubs with mountain views just outside the back patio. May-October enjoy the heated pool along with the 2 hot tubs just outside the back door. There is also a large grass open space with mountain views to relax or run around in.

This home is close to Steamboat Ski Hill, Rollingstones Ranch Golf Club, Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Recreation Center, Skate Ski Center, Yampa River, Strings in the Mountains, Shopping, The Rodeo Grounds, Old Town Hot Springs, Mountain Bike Trail Systems, Restaurants at the Ski Hill and also Downtown, and much more. Access all these places and what Steamboat has to offer by free bus, walk or bike ride. This place is the perfect spot for your Steamboat vacation.

Family Ski Trip

Great location for skiing at Steamboat. Walk to resort in less than 10 minutes to base which is faster than town bus. Condo is well equipped for everything you need for a great family ski trip.

As advertised, buttttt

I don’t wear shoes around in my own home, and the owners clearly state to not wear shoes in this rental. The main floor was filthy, I’ve never seen a floor so unattended to. We all pay for our rentals to be clean, but you could tell the bottom floor had a once over. Who knows if it’s ever been mopped. I had to buy family house socks to throw away at the end of our trip…. Black bottoms. However, the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean - so maybe I caught the unit on a bad week. Overall the place is very spacious and lovely. I hosted a dinner party for 10 and were all comfortable. You are less than a 5 min drive to grocery and meadows ski parking lot. I think I would rent again, but the gross floor bothered me .

Ski Getaway

Overall, everything was fine. We never could get the internet connection to work. Hannah did respond in a timely manner however troubleshooting while on a ski slope or at the end of the day when it is time to prepare for out evening is NOT what I wanted to do. That needs to be sorted out in another manner.
