The restored between 2003 and 2004 Villa Schloßbauer is located in the heart of the villa district Heringsdorf. Impressively by the beach and a short distance to the town center, as well as to various venues to experience a relaxing holiday here. Bright and bright rooms offer an incomparable view over the silhouette of the seaside resort down to the waves of the Baltic Sea. The villa has an elevator and parking space. The apartment 13 in the attic allows a great view over the rooftops of Heringsdorf. The spacious apartment offers plenty of space in the living room and conservatory with dining table. The separate kitchen is really fully equipped, the bathroom is decorated in fine marble and has next to washer and dryer a bathtub with shower enclosure. The apartment has a beautiful bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobe, a children's room with wardrobe and rollaway bed to sleep on two levels.

Enjoy your breakfast in the large veranda with a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The spacious living room invites you to relax. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is very modern and very well equipped. The light-flooded bathroom has a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. In the long hallway there is enough space to comfortably store your wardrobe and clothes. You can park your car on a private parking space.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung Schlossbauer 13 befindet sich an sehr guter und ruhiger Lage zentral in Heringsdorf. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bäckereien und die Strandpromenade sind innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, alles ist so wie gezeigt bzw. geschrieben. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht (und mehr als man erwartet!). Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Geschirr und Besteck ist zahlreich vorhanden, was wir in einer FeWo jeweils sehr angenehm finden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne verglaste Veranda mit tollem Blick zur Ostsee. Außerdem gibt es genügend Schränke/Regale/Ablageflächen (auch im grossen Badezimmer), was wir entspannend fanden, da wir nie das Gefühl hatten uns in irgendeiner Form behelfen zu müssen. Es ist zudem Infomaterial vorhanden sowie diverse Spiele und Bücher. Fazit: Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und waren alle traurig als wir abreisen mussten.
