With private lake access at your fingertips, you will have endless options for fun including swimming, fishing, kayaking, and so much more. The lake escape is also located in a private community that offers several amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a clubhouse with a bar/restaurant. During the summer months, there is a swimming beach in the community for your enjoyment!

When you find yourself wanting a bit of downtime inside, the eat-ion kitchen will be a great place to gather as the chef of the group whips up something tasty using all of the major appliances and cookware you are used to including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, crockpot, electric griddle, coffee maker, and more. After everyone has a full belly, kick back in the comfortable living room as the fire crackles underneath the mounted flatscreen TV. The young at heart will also love hanging out in the basement to get out a bit of friendly competition with a few rounds of foosball or watch a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. With so much year-round fun just waiting to be had, what are you waiting for? This gem won't last long!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
