Last minute stay canceled

Booked an entire stay for a week during spring break to find out that the property wasn’t available the day of my stay . Vrbo provided a hotel for 2 days which I was grateful but the rest of my trip was ruined. Very unprofessionally handled, make sure that your property is available before posting it.

Why they chose this property

This property is the perfect location to experience all of Miami. Not only is it centrally located, but in the town of South Miami there are countless cafes, boutiques, restaurants, pilates and yoga studios, and grocery stores. From the hotel it is a 5 minute drive to downtown, a 10 minute drive to Key Biscayne and a 15 minute drive to South Beach. The metro rail is located just one block away with direct route to Miami International Airport and most desirable location in Miami-Dade County.

What makes this property unique

You are in between every conceivable business you might need on your vacation, with two grocery stores within walking distance. And there is easily accessible public transit with the metro rail being just one city block away. Building was renovated back to its' early 1990s splendor.
