Poorly equipped and maintained
The kitchen: didn't have glasses (only 5 coffee mugs), zero oven safe dishes (no baking dishes, cookie sheets, etc.), no basics such as: oven mits, trivets, storage containers, spices, tin foil, plastic wrap... oven was disgusting with caked burned food at bottom. The can openers didn't work. The stovetop light and oven lights did not function.
Hand soap container in powder bathroom was filled with water - we bought dish soap and filled it ourselves. A small partial container of dish soap and three trash bags were provided for a week's stay.
The master bathroom: sink did not have hot water, very poor pressure, and did not drain (we had to use the kitchen powder bathroom sink downstairs). We notified mgt on day 2 and received an acknowledgement - and that was it. Two mostly used hand soaps were provided.
Laundry area: dryer was full of sheets, clothes were piled behind and beside the machines, and lint trap hadn't been emptied in a very long time - all creating a fire hazard. No small detergent provided.
The fireplace was filled with ash and a charcoaled piece of wood - no fireplace tools to clean it out or start a fire.
The carpets were dirty with visible pieces of miscellaneous dirt and crumbs. The hard floors were extremely dirty. No cleaning products available.
We received poor instructions for check-in, without even the apt number. Good points are the location - easy access to slopes and it is spacious. The owners have opportunity to make great improvements.
