This beautifully redecorated, oceanfront, corner condo is located on the second floor. With plenty of seating in the living room, including a new sofa and loveseat added in 2021, you can comfortably enjoy your favorite shows and DVDs on the cable TV. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and countertops, a stacked washer/dryer in the closet, and space to dine at both the six-person table and the bar counter.

The primary bedroom features a TV of its own, a ceiling fan, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, located near the second full bathroom, is perfect for the kids.

One of the best units at Atlantic Beach

We love APATB because of the amenities--indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, mini golf, and especially the water slide (perfect for everyone from little kids to adults). This is one of the best units. It's spacious and since it's on the 2nd floor it has a good view of the ocean. It's a corner unit, on the side near the outdoor pool. The unit was clean. Necessities such as trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a roll of tp for each bathroom, and a few dish and laundry tabs were provided. There's enough kitchenware to cook every meal (which we did). Vacasa's communication was great. We had a great trip. Thanks!

Great view

View was great and it was a short walk to the pool and beach. The kitchen was rather small so there wasn’t a lot of room to hold our groceries/pantry items but we expected that with a condo. We locked both keys up in the condo and Vacasa was great with assisting us to get back in the condo.

Perfect!

This unit has to be the best one on the property. Direct ocean front, close proximity to the boardwalk leading to the beach, and a quick walk to both outdoor and indoor pools. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and updated. All basics we're provided for the kitchen, so cooking was very simple. We'll be staying here again!
