This high-quality and modern 3-room apartment is 82 square meters and is located on the ground floor of the 2016 newly built Ahlbeck suites. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people. In the brightly decorated living room you can expect a comfortable upholstered furniture for relaxing, a modern coffee table and a dining table and a flat- screen TV with radio. The modern and integrated kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The bright bedrooms have comfortable beds, a spacious wardrobe and a TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90x200), the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x190). The modern and friendly bathroom has a walk-in real glass shower, a beautiful vanity and toilet. In addition, located in the apartment a guest toilet. Also available to guests in the apartment washing machine and dryer. For a comfortable warmth on colder days, makes the entire apartment floor heating. Through the living area and the two bedrooms you can reach the terrace. The apartment is allocated a parking space which is located on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle shed also on the property.

The 2016 newly built Ahlbeck suites are located in a quiet but very central location of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. It is just 325 meters from the charming promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. After a few steps you will find all the amenities of a beautiful resort such as restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues. The historic pier can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. We have no influence on the data, the speed or the condition of the network operation. Please note that the performance of internet connections on the island of Usedom may not be up to your usual level. Especially at peak times, when almost all holidaymakers send their pictures and news home or to the social networks, it regularly comes to failures.

Noch besser als erwartet!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, alles sehr neu, modern und wohnlich, wir fanden es noch schöner, als die Fotos uns erwarten ließen. Auch die Lage ist grandios, wirklich sehr nah zum Strand und zur Promenade. Dazu sehr ruhig, wir sind von zu Hause diesbezüglich verwohnt, haben nachts keinen Mucks gehört. Auch die Damen in der Rezeption sind supernett, ein vergessenes Kuscheltier wurde auf Bitte prompt zurück gesendet. Jederzeit gern wieder!
