The luxury apartment has about 70 square meters and has on the lower floor with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the balcony, a spacious dining area and views of the sea and the greenery. Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the studio on the top floor there is a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea by the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dunes. Fi, a TV and radio / docking station to see available. Sheets and towels are included and changed for longer stays.

Gate to the sea is a new construction project with 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Currently there are 11 apartments as a holiday rental to guests. Quietly situated on the outskirts, they have fantastic views in all directions. In the North Sea and the green Oberland, dune and lighthouse.
