Take that much needed vacation away from it all and relax in this beautiful 15th floor, gulf front condo at Summerwinds West #1501. Located within walking distance to the longest pier along the gulf coast, restaurants and so much more, this condo is the perfect getaway for anyone.

This condo has recently been completely remodeled and offers gorgeous views of the gulf and the white sandy beaches of Navarre Beach from the wrap around balcony. This condo sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has 1 King and balcony access. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen and faces the north towards the Santa Rosa Sound. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Perfect for the kiddos! Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and it's own bathroom. The living room has a small sleeper sofa.

Summerwinds West amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area and a local store that offers bicycle rentals and so much more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once identified, any apartment discrepancies were tended to quickly. The apartment was well provisioned.Checking in and checking out was very easy. The building is very well maintained. The cleaning service could use some monitoring. Most of the cleaning was around and not under. Looks clean on a walk through but when I moved furniture, additional cleaning had to be done.
