About this property

Our Condominium offers an open floorplan with wall-to-wall windows and a gas fireplace in the great room, a dining area and full kitchen with gas range, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two of our 3 bedrooms have a king bed with a private bathroom. Our middle bedroom has 2 twin beds and the bathroom is right across from this bedroom. We also have air conditioning, a washer/dryer, private ski locker, outside parking and complimentary ski season shuttle to/from Vail and Beaver Creek. Guests will enjoy scenic views, and the convenience of staying close to the main Beaver Creek entrance. Less than a 5 minute drive from grocery shopping and restaurants. There’s also a fitness center, indoor lap pool, hot tubs, and a lounge for our guests to use.

Wonderful Condo!! Wonderful stay!

We are a group of four friends who came to Avon for a wedding celebration. The condo is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. Lots of room to be together and spaces to be alone. Restaurants and coffee within a short walk. The condo was spotless and we had everything we needed plus items we didn’t even know we needed!

Spring Break in the Rockies

Our Son, his Wife, and our teenaged Granddaughter all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ascent. The condo is perfectly located for convenient access to all Vail Valley venues. The condo was well appointed for a comfortable, cozy stay. We plan to return next year for Spring Break!

Outstanding

Very nice place. Perfect for 3 couples (other than the third room having two twin beds). It worked fine for us as we had two couples and two single adults. Great open living space and large dining room. Shuttle system was easy.

So convenient to skiing with private shuttle

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, large, well stocked and perfect for a post ski decompression. The kids used the pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The Ascent condo shuttle to ski locations was incredibly convenient. BC is much less crowded than Vail. We greatly enjoyed our vacation!

Ski Vacation

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. There were not enough towels for the five of us and there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash as advertised in the description of provided amenities. The hot tub jets were not working on one whole side of the tub in both the inside and outside units. We also found out the day before arrival that we were not allowed to use the underground parking which was one of the main reasons we picked this condo to rent. The shuttle was convenient but only went to Vail once in the AM and the last ride home from Beaver Creek was at 4:25 PM so no time to Apres Ski which wasn’t useful at all. Disappointed for what this condo costs.
