Fish off the dock and enjoy the sea life including eels, manatees, tarpon, tropical fish and porpoise. Take a long walk around the neighborhood or a paddle board trip down the canal.

Nice house, great neighborhood / location

House is nicely laid out with living areas, pool table and dining room. Enjoyed the large kitchen - easy for many to work at once. Backyard/pool is nice. We rented specifically to bring a boat to the house dock, but owner's boat was on lift in center of dock and made the dock unusable for another boat of a larger size. We did however enjoy the floating dock and paddle boards, and visits from manatees. I would say this house sleeps 6 easily as noted in listing, and could squeeze in one or two more kiddos if needed in office upstairs, with air mattress provided. In the 2-bed room, there are extra trundle beds but the room wouldn't practically accommodate using them all at the same time, there aren't a lot of bedding/blankets/comforters, and 3 of the 4 mattresses were unusable/flimsy. Master Bathroom toilet & slightly noisy pocket door are just a couple feet from the head of the bed, shower is in large spa tub with no curtain/enclosure and Master Bathroom is shared bath with Office/futon room. When we stayed, a couple places in the house needed maintenance and detracted from the vacation vibe, and there was not a manual with info on trash pick-up/pool cleaner, how to use things in the house, etc. House was well-stocked (floaties, fishing poles, even had coffee maker in downstairs cabana bedroom), and Owners are very nice and super quick to respond.

Great stay

Overall, this home was perfect for our stay as a family. The layout is great and the home is well stocked with essentials. The pool was great with the kids and the location, including quick access to the ocean and bayside, is ideal. Kelley and John were great hosts.

Amazing location

We wanted to Thank the owners of the amazing home that has all you can expect from a relaxing location with an amazing pool and great views. Also the ocean access was priceless and really close to the world famous Tiki Bar and one of the most amazing sand bar in the middle of the keys. We love the charm and history that surround the house and recommend at the highest level, all I can Say is Phenomenal! Thank you !!!
