We invite you to Börgerende in a small dreamy fishing village on the bike path between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. The 2010 newly built apartment is located on the upper floor of a semi-detached house and extends over two floors. It offers enough space for 4 adults and two children in two bedrooms and a common living and kitchen area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for showering. A second apartment with two bedrooms can also be offered. There is space for three adults and one child.
Pets unfortunately have to stay at home.

Fahrräder im Blick

Das Haus ist ruhig und sehr nahe der Ostsee gelegen. Der in anderen Bewertungen gelobte und in direkter Nachbarschaft stets erreichbare Vermieter ist ein Filou. Wir hatten eine Dachgeschosswohnung gebucht (70qm) und bezahlt, wurden telefonisch zwei Tage vor der Anreise aber zu einer "unteren" Wohnung überredet, auf deren Terrasse wir unsere Fahrräder einsehen könnten - was wegen der Menschenleere im November eine vor Ort erkennbar überflüssige Vorsichtsmaßnahme war. Es stellte sich zudem heraus, dass die untere Wohnung kleiner war (60qm) und die obere während unseres 5tägigen Aufenthalts durchgehend an andere Gäste vermietet war, die man gut hören konnte. Mein Rat: Bei telefonischen Absprachen mit dem konzilianten Vermieter bei dem bei FEWO Gebuchten bleiben.

Ruhige Atmosphäre

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Familien, die auch im Winter besonders "anheimelnd" wird, da ein Kamin vorhanden ist. Herr Bieda, der Vermieter, ist jederzeit erreichbar, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Klare Empfehlung!
