We are a family an active family of six who love living on little slice of heaven on our acre in Erie, CO. Private entrance and separate driveway. Brand new construction, beautiful upgrades. The family lives upstairs. This space provides a dry bar with coffee, instant pot, microwave, a Roku TV. Our unit includes access to our beautiful laundry area. Enjoy the quiet of country living, while being just minutes away from the city. Located 30 minutes to Boulder/Denver/Golden/RiNo/Highlands.

Great place to stay for adventuring

Our stay was perfect. The property has everything you need for quick meals, showering, and sleeping in between adventuring. The hosts were great! We asked some questions about places to go and Bethany went as far as to send us a link to an event going on we would be interested in. 10/10 we will be staying again.

Farmette Delight

The trails I enjoyed from this property: Mount Sanitas, Coal Creek Trail, Davidson Mesa, and Teller Farms. My stay at the farmette set me up for wonderful days enjoying the front range trail. Thank you.

Place to crash

This was a great place for my friends and I to catch some zzz' while in town for a wedding. The host were super nice and fine with our late arrivals and early departures. Cute little farmstead.

Farmette basement apartment

Enjoyable stay, hosts were friendly, accommodating and always reachable. The large yard/farmette was accessible upon request for my young grandkids to play in and to see their animals. Location was also great for me to visit my family in Erie - just 10 min away! Loved having the small fridge and electric teapot available as well.

Cozy and comfortable!

Everything from booking to checking out was wonderful and easy. The property is so beautiful and we really enjoyed saying hello to all of the animals on their little farm. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and so were the couches to relax and watch TV on. Communication with the host was stellar too! Will absolutely recommend this VRBO to friends traveling near Erie Co. Thanks again for such wonderful hospitality. Cheers!

Very nice location and peaceful.

Initial booking was confusing. Rates increased and availability changed during the booking. Which was frustrating. Bathroom needs a bath mat, more towels, soap, and incidentals would be nice. Some bubble bath would be nice as well. Drain in tub is very slow. Might need cleaning. Everything else was lovely! I would stay again.
