Filthy, bugs, timeshare pressure

When I got there they wouldn't give me my parking pass until I went through their high pressure time share speech for 45 minutes. Carpets were filthy, not enough kitchen stuff or towels for 4 even though I booked for 4 people. No blanket for the pullout couch. Found roaches crawling across the shower door on our last day. Tried to call the front desk many times but line was always busy.

Great Place with A Minor Setback

The property manager was great to work with and we extremely responsive. We enjoyed our stay at the property, the only downside was that the main bed is listed as a king, however it is definitely a queen sized bed which was not super convenient for our family. We did split up to sleep between the bed and the let out and the mattress on the let out was to be expected for a let out, not the most comfortable thing in the world. Over all the location served our purpose and we enjoyed the stay.

Great communication

Made sure we got what we wanted even though there was a conflict at the property we originally reserved. Ended up with a super nice penthouse at no extra charge.
