Perfecto para viajar con familia.

Hemos estado alojados 11 días, pareja y dos niños de 11 y 8 años, y nos ha encantado. En La Casita tiene todo para cubrir las necesidades para pasar unos días de descanso. A destacar la terraza en la planta superior que es enorme y en el cual se tienen unas bonitas vistas de toda la bahía de Alicante (recomendable por la noche) y para hacer barbacoa. Cercana está la playa del Carabassí con sus dunas y con bandera azul. Anne la propietaria muy atenta con todo y la información bien clara para disfrutar de La Casita. Totalmente recomendable y si volvemos a ir por la zona sin duda que repetiremos.

De belles vacances

L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur de Gran Alacant et tout près de la plage (5' environ en voiture). Il est très agréable, nous avons pu apprécier sa climatisation et sa terrasse pour les petits déjeuners avec vue sur la baie d'Alicante. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille jusqu'à 4 personne. Annne, notre contact (sœur du propriétaire) a été adorable avec nous et très arrangeante.

Well proportioned apartment in family friendly resort

The apartment was ideal for a family with children. The rooms were large enough and the kitchen although small, contained everything we needed. The front balcony was nice in the evening and the roof terrace was a lovely place to have breakfast. The pool area was close by and clean & well managed by the attendant live guards (who also kept any unruly children in check).The area immediately around the apartment is fairly cosmopolitan with English food available and very much catering for children and families.The only criticism I have is that it would have been nice to have air-con in the bedrooms. We ended up sleeping with the unit in the living area switched on all night and the doors to the bedrooms ajar, otherwise it would have been uncomfortably hot at night.

Lovely stay

We were off on a family holiday with two teenagers and we had the loveliest holiday. The apartment was nice and very well maintained and we enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace. Very good internet, as both we and the children apartment are located in a cozy part of the neighbourhood and we had feared that there would be noise, but there was nice quiet, and it was wonderful to be able to go for a walk in the evenings and eat at the lovely restaurants located just around the Corner. We can highly recommend both the Chinese, Hemmingway, Tutti and in particular the El Sabor. We arrived very late in the evening but it was unproblematic to get the key and find the apartment, and we had very good and quick help by Anne when we on the first day had problems with the gate. The beach, which is about 5 minutes from the apartment by car is simply amazing and with the clearest water and the little café on the beach can be recommended. We will look very much forward to returning to both the apartment and the area.

Tolle Wohnung, super Urlaub

Sehr schöne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Prima Kontakt, sowohl zu Marion als auch zu Anne, top Antwortgeschwindigkeiten, immer hilfreich und schnell. Die zur Anlage gehörenden Pools sind in sehr gutem Zustand und bieten eine naheliegende Abkühlung. Der Strand von Carabassi ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und ein „Muss“. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, das Angebot ist gut und abwechslungsreich. Der kleine Einkauf ist direkt um die Ecke möglich, der große Einkauf im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Insgesamt absolut verdiente fünf Sterne, eine klare Empfehlung, gerne wieder!
