Little Things Make Big Differences

My first-time experience booking and staying at Vrbo. Disappointed at check-in with some minor observations and problems. Property manager offered to make it up on another stay. Only problem is that I will not have another reason to stay in the Lake Charles area. A few small changes and management inspections could have made this whole stay so much better and safe.

VERY COMFORTABLE ACCOMODATIONS

We were in town for my son's wedding. We found this rental to be extremely comfortable. We did express a few concerns to the property manager. She responded very quickly and in the end was gracious enough to offer us a discount on our next stay. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to see the newlyweds.
