**Although the house can sleep 6, it’s cozy and better suited for a smaller group and also don’t forget that it can only fit 1 car on the driveway and street parking is not available.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy-free and should stay as such due to the owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check-in, your reservation will be canceled and a $1000 damage fee will be assessed.

-Absolutely NO smoking of any kind (minimum $500 fee for deep cleaning).
-No parties or events and no noise in outdoor areas after 10 PM.
-No additional guests not accounted in the original reservation.
-Fees occur for early check-ins and/or late check-outs - when they are available.
-No social media tags of the art.
-48 hours notice will be given for access to the yard (except the landscaper who regularly waters the plants in the front and back of the yard).
-If a next door neighbor needs access to the yard for tree trimming, 48 hours will be given and a window of time will be provided in advance for access to the front or back yard of the property.

Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
