'Montishello' is a vacation rental home in Seacrest Beach - right between Rosemary and Alys - loaded with extras and designed to entertain! Relax on the over sized porches and balconies complete with an outdoor grill on the first floor, pizza oven on the second floor and fire place on the third floor! This custom built home features high end furnishings hard wood flooring, large transom windows, and an expansive chefs kitchen! With the main living space being on the second floor it is grand enough to entertain everyone! The spacious chefs kitchen has all the bells and whistles with a Thermador range, double sided fridge, wet bar, mini fridge, ice maker and more! The nano doors lead out to the screened in porch with a pizza oven on the main living level. This home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and in total sleeps 15 guests!

This multi level home is an architectural gem that is rare to find on 30A. When you enter there is one bedroom immediately to your left on the ground level with a king size bed and en suite including a single sink and tiled shower/tub combo. Six steps take you up to the main kitchen, dining and living areas, additionally there is a half bath on this level. Down to the lower level there are three bedrooms, the first is a custom bunk room with a twin over twin. Another guest bedroom hosts two full size beds. Continue to the back of this level where you will find a living room, twin over full bunk bed, and bathroom with a single sink and walk in shower. The screened in porch on the bottom floor has built in gas grill, ample counter space and a wet bar with mini fridge. Escape to the master bedroom on the third floor and relax in the king size bed and luxury en suite complete with double sinks, walk in shower with dual rain shower heads, and an over sized custom walk in closet. This master suite has a private screened in porch with a gas fireplace and rocking chairs to sit back and relax in! The second bedroom on the third floor has a king size bed and private en suite complete with double sinks and a walk in shower. This bedroom has a private balcony over looking the Seacrest Beach community. Additionally there is a laundry room on the third floor.

Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool and it backs up to the walking nature trails that go throughout the neighborhood. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc. Don't forget to rinse the sand off using the outdoor shower!

Great House, very busy beach

This is a beautiful house that was perfect for family. However, we were disappointed in how busy the private beach was. We got to the beach before 7 AM and still couldn’t get a spot close to the water. The pool was also very busy, but at least they were enough chairs. The pool was gorgeous, but the amount of rules (like no pool footballs in the water, 15 minute “adult time” every hour when kids have to get out of pool) seem to be overbearing. I guess this is what happens when you have such a busy place. This may seem petty, but we expected more from a property of this caliber. Again- we loved the house, but I didn’t love the packed community.

The house is beautiful! The advertisement is very accurate. Our only disappointment is that checkin is so late and checkout is SO early! We were flying to and from, and was very cumbersome dealing with luggage in the interim. This house is on the back side of the neighborhood, so the bikes that come with the property were extremely helpful! We ended up renting more to help with getting to and from the beach and shopping areas. THANK YOU for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Family Trip of a Lifetime!

We wanted to take the whole family (5 adult kids, 2 grandkids and 2 significant others on a beach vacation for my wife's "milestone" birthday and stay in a house big enough to fit all comfortably, cook lots of big family dinners, relax and play games together and of course be close to the beach. THIS IS THE PLACE! We lost our first rental right on the beach (long story) and had to quickly scour VRBO looking for another beachfront. I expanded the search a bit and found Monteshello. What a blessing! Initially bummed to not be right on the beach, but soon knew we had made the right decision. We gained access to the fantastic pool, just minutes from the house, with the beach still very close and convenient on the tram, plus we saved about 1/3 on the rental, and got much more house! My wife and I were spoiled in the fantastic master suite, the kids and grandkids had pleny of room and the living space was perfect. This kitchen is awesome, plus the pizza oven on the main floor porch and the grill on the lower porch - we used them all. Another huge bonus with this house is that you back up to the beautiful wooded area with nobody behind you. We spent our evenings on the main floor screened in porch playing games, having cocktails and listening to music together. Everything in this beautiful, custom home is high end, from the Thermadore applicances to the touch screen toaster! The place was impeccibly clean on arrival, and just as pictured. You will love Monteshello!
