Unpleasant Experience
Our recent experience at Metro Hospitality was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially placed in a room that could only be described as a health hazard, our relocation to a second room offered marginal improvement, but the overall conditions were still deplorable.
Given the numerous issues we encountered, including roaches, a clogged sink, and unclean facilities, we expected more substantial compensation.
In addition to the unsanitary conditions, we endured stained bedding, a broken drawer, and a microwave coated in filth. Hairs, dust, and an unidentified substance near the door corner further added to our discomfort.
While the gesture of refunding the second night is appreciated, we strongly feel that a more just resolution would have been a 50% discount for the first night and a full refund for the second night. Our stay was not only disappointing but also fell significantly short of the standards one would expect. We advise potential guests to reconsider their choice and opt for an establishment that prioritizes cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
