This luxurious and spacious villa is located on the mainland of Istria. During the construction and furnishing, special consideration was given to the building traditions of Istria, in addition, modern equipment such as a pool was integrated in a loving way. The magnificent property consists of 2 houses located on the same plot. The skilful mixture of modernity and tradition is continued in the furnishings. The property is surrounded by a stone wall and offers privacy. The vacation home is located in the quiet village of Poropati, which, by the way, is famous for its excellent truffles. Not far from it you will find the medieval town of Groznjan, the city of jazz musicians and artists. In the resort of Umag, about 22 km away, the ATP Tournament Croatia Open is held in July. Nearby, in Crveni Vrh, you will find the oldest golf course in Croatia.
