Unser Haus ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Garten gibt es auf dem Spielplatz und bei den Kleintieren viel zu entdecken. Zum Entspannen stehen Liegestühle und ein Freisitz mit Grillkamin zur Verfügung. Unterreitnau ist ein idyllisch gelegener Ort, umgeben von Wiesen, Wäldern und Obstgärten. Durch die halbstündliche Busanbindung in Hausnähe gibt es eine weitere Möglichkeit, die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hinterland bietet ebenfalls viele Möglichkeiten für Nordic-Walking, Wanderungen oder Radouren, z.B. zum 5 km entfernten Degersee, einem natürlichen Badesee. Ziele für Wintersport sind mit einer Fahrzeit von 1/2 bis 1 Stunde zu erreichen.
Auf 65 qm Wohnfläche stehen Ihnen ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett sowie ein Wohnschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und separater Sitzecke zur Verfügung. Vom Wohnschlafzimmer gelangen Sie auf einen kleinen überdachten Balkon. Außerdem gehört ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie eine komlett ausgestattete Küche mit abtrennbarem Essbereich zu Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG und ist liebevoll im ländlichen Stil eingerichtet.

Gepflegte Wohnung in einem liebenswerten kleinen Ort

Die Wohnung im Haupthaus war freundlich im modernen Landhausstil eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, uns waren die Betten zu weich, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Um das Haus herum gibt es einen wunderschönen Garten mit vielen gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegeplätzen.Die Wohnung selbst liegt im zweiten Stock und ist über eine relativ steile und schmale Treppe zu erreichen. Nach Lindau fährt jede halbe Stunde ein Bus und um auf die Insel zu kommen muss man ein Mal umsteigen. Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstraße und es gibt dort durchaus Durchgangsverkehr. Im Ort selbst gibt es keinen Laden, keine Bäckerei oder Restaurant. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort um Urlaub zu machen. Der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und wir haben uns bei Familie Maurer sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen
