Full apartment within our 3 unit building with queen size bedroom upstairs. Queen sofa sleeper downstairs Full kitchen with adjoining living room Full laundry access in large, downstairs bathroom. This is a very spacious apartment. (However, there are lower/slanted ceilings in the bedroom, so if you are over 6' you may find it a bit awkward.)
Madawaska Snowmobile Club grooms straight to our driveway!
Summer - Direct access to ATV trails
1 minute from Madawaska, 15-20 minutes from Long Lake and 30 minutes from Fort Kent for skiing, Can-Am races, biathlon competitions and UMFK.
On the Town line of Frenchville and Madawaska, Maine
Within minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, trails and Canadian border.

This property was originally the home to Madam Una the founder of Dolly's restaurant. The building was converted over the years to be a 3 unit building. We had the privilege of purchasing it from Madam Una.
