Turn right instead of left and the same fifty steps will have you dipping your toes in one of the five pools available for your use. This spacious condo has king beds in all three bedrooms and gulf views throughout. There is even a freshwater fishing lake 20 feet off your patio (which has given up 8 &10 pound largemouth bass). The private deck off the MBR has views of the lake and the gulf.

The gourmet kitchen is open to the expansive dining and family area, and is fully equipped for the times you want to show off your culinary skills. It also looks out through the outdoor dining patio to the lake beyond. Dining tables are provided both inside and outside.

All bedrooms have new king beds, premium linens and HDTV's with cable package. The Master BR even includes a coffee bar, perfect for greeting the morning sun on your private gulf view deck. The entire resort features wireless high speed fiber-optic internet. And to complete your vacation experience add a new six-passenger golf course to your rental at a 20% discount to the market.

An 18-hole championship golf course, one of NW Florida's premium tennis facilities, and many restaurants and activities are all located on Seascape's 300 acre resort property. Fish in our freshwater lakes and land six to ten pound bass (catch and release). Bike throughout the resort or along the beachfront.

This is a non-smoking unit and is NOT pet-friendly. We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25, or to vacationing students. During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend to mid-August) the condo rents on a weekly basis only, Saturday to Saturday.
