About this property

From the "Lagobello" residence you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and look out over a beautiful landscape with the peaks of the Swiss Alps and the wooded slopes of the Italian shores. The residence Lagobello has a large park with a beautiful pool (10 m x 5 m). The planned opening period of the pool taking into account the weather is from approx. End of May to approx. End of September. When you leave the front of the residence, you are directly at a children's playground and within a 3-minute walk to the public beach. Go back out of the residence and enjoy the comforts of the city, as you are within easy walking distance of the historical center of Germignaga, with its cafes, shops, restaurants and the neighboring town of Luino. All apartments are tastefully furnished and offer a lot of living space with comfort and do not miss the certain something. They are also characterized by a well thought-out floor plan and a wonderful lake view. Either you reach the apartments via the staircase or by elevator. 3-room duplex apartment "E 9" in the 2nd OG with approx. 91 m² living space, up to 4 persons: 1.
