At Ferienhaus Berlin, we attach particular importance to practicality and service. You will find everything here to make you feel at home on holiday or on a mission. The house has been finished in 2002. It has 2 floors (ground floor and 1. OG) as well as two expanded Hems (Spitzblöden), which are particularly popular with young guests. Please note that the Hems can be reached via quite steep stairs. On the ground floor are 1 bathroom (toilet and shower), the modern kitchen and a lounge (there may be a further person sleeping). From the lounge you access the terrace with a view of the garden.
In the 1st. There is an additional bathroom (toilet, bath), a bedroom ("studio" with double bed) as well as two bedrooms (each with a lounger), one of which is accessed by a Hems. The Hems are not recommended for people with disabilities.
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel. In the lounge and the rooms in the 1. OG are TV sets (cable.-TV). There is a fax machine available in the house.
