Very cute 2 bed/1 bath is a cute, quiet, and amazing home. It's small/quaint, just what you need for the perfect getaway. The home is country-style with a touch of an updated feel. The home hosts newly renovated floors, stainless steel appliances, carpet, tile bathtub, updated fixtures/faucets and a host of other amenities. Located near an infinite amount of eatery, shops, and nightlife; it will be your home away from home. Only ten minutes away from Southlake mall and Theater!!

The look is an updated look with a country time feel. It's the feel of being on the countryside during the summer as a kid. It's a duplex so it is located next to our other unit that has a different feel to it. Literally ten minutes away from Southlake mall, Home Depot, Walmart, tons and tons of places to eat, nightlife, party, and shop. Also located only 15 to 20 mins away from the airport and downtown Atlanta.

You will be able to access the entire home. It has a carport that you can park in and an entrance near the carport that leads to the kitchen.

I will have little to no interaction with guests other than if I am needed for anything. The home is keyless entry so no need to meet for a key or anything. Just type in your temporary code and you're in.

The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint. It's located near a cul-de-sac near other duplexes that are also owned by us. Also located 6 minutes away from downtown Jonesboro which is an up and coming strip with more places to dine, shop and a host of other things.

There is plenty of transportation available. Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc. Also it has access to Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.

The washer and dryer is located in an exterior room but you will need to go outside near the carport in order to access it.
1. In order to confirm your booking without any previous reviews from other hosts, you must send a copy of your driver’s license or Gov’t issued Photo ID. Also, we do not rent to anyone UNDER the age of 25.

2. Please list all guests included in the reservation upon time of booking. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancellation of remainder of reservation without refund.

3. Events, weddings, and parties are strictly prohibited. Good communication is key.

4.SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, we will have to invoice you for hiring a smoke remediation company to get rid of the smell for our next guest. Smoking Fee is $250. Please note a smoke detector is inside to detect smoking.

5. Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will be subject to a $50 fee.

6. Please make sure to remove makeup before going to beds. Don’t use towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we will charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

7. Please do not flush tampons and/or wipes in the toilet. Please ensure use the waste basket provided.

8. Please do not put food and/or grease in the kitchen sink. There is a $300 charge if the sink or toilet becomes clogged and we have to send a plumber.

9.Using the address for any type of shipments, is prohibited.
