Gaze at gorgeous views of the surrounding ski slopes through floor-to-ceiling windows at this Fawngrove condo in lower Deer Valley Resort. Enjoy the warmth and comfort of a gas-powered fireplace, wonderful access to the free city-wide shuttle bus, and an open living space with ample room for gatherings with loved ones after days spent skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, or fishing. The large Smart TV in the living room is also equipped with a soundbar for added convenience. The small patio on the backside features a private outdoor hot tub and gas grill, offering the ultimate outdoor spot!

The open kitchen boasts modern, stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare the most delicious meals for the group. Some appliances include a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The kitchen also features a four-person island and a well-equipped desk with a desk chair and monitor, which is perfect for working from home. The first level features a private bedroom with a desk and an en suite bath. The upper floor boasts a nice loft that can be used as an extra sleeping space, a full bath, and the primary bedroom with access to a small deck.

The Fawngrove complex is conveniently located on the route of the free shuttle bus, which will take you right to Deer Valley Resort's Snow Park Lodge (less than a mile south), historic Main Street in downtown Park City (one mile west), and the base of Park City Mountain Resort (less than two miles west). On Main Street, you'll find a wide array of shops, art galleries, fantastic restaurants, entertainment, and - when the season is right - Sundance Film Festival events.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
