Sunset Vista is a beautifully fully furnished property located in a quiet neighborhood with breathtaking view of the sunsets over Lake Travis. Enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony after grilling an incredible meal all while enjoying a fabulous sunset view over the lake in a resort atmosphere. This is by far one of the best, most private locations with access to a private park 5-minutes away that has lake access, onsite parking, and boat docks. This cozy property offers a 2-tiered balcony with amazing views of the sunsets from each level. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. The unit can sleep up to 10 with two queen beds, four twin beds, and additional twin air mattresses.

Upper-level balcony provides for outdoor dining and sitting area, with ceiling fans so you can enjoy the lake views all day.

Beautiful Sunsets!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped. The outdoor spaces were very nice for morning coffee and evening chats. The property was located close to the destination wedding we were attending.

Great weekend getaway!

The house was just what we needed. Everyone had their own room for sleeping. We really enjoyed the balcony and spent a lot of time there. Even though it was August and the temperatures were in the high 90s -101, there was always a breeze and it was shaded so it was comfortable.

Great house for big group

Our 8 person group loved this stay. We fit perfectly in the house and had a great stay. Great communication with property manager and great views from the deck. I will say our only complaint was the hill the house was on, not a big deal but would’ve been scary in a smaller car!
