✔️ Outdoor: Pool towels, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and grilling utensils

🍽 For Meals: Paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, 2 complimentary bottles of water per guest, ‼️HOME COOKED MEALS AVAILABLE UPON DEMAND: Property owner operates a catering business and guests can use the QR code in the bedroom to order delicious, home cooked meals. 🥘🍝🍳

GUEST ACCESS
- The property includes a private entrance to the guest space. Free street parking is available.
- Complete, private access to bedroom and bathroom. Twin-size floor bed is available upon request.

- Please note: Guests will not have access to kitchen, dining room, or living room. Bedroom has mini fridge and microwave for food preparation and storage.

- Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
