About this property

Recently updated, this private studio is located one block from the Hotel Colorado and enjoys spectacular views of downtown Glenwood from your private balcony. The studio comes with garage parking and is the perfect spot to walk to downtown restaurants, farmers market, live music, and of course the Hot Springs Pool.

The space
The space is a private 600 sq ft studio within my townhome in downtown Glenwood Springs. The space comfortably sleeps up to four guests (1 king bed/ 1 queen size American Leather sleeper sofa) and comes with a kitchenette area with refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, and hot plate. Basic cooking utensils/equipment are provided.

The garage makes up the first floor of the townhome, the studio is on the second floor, and I live on the third level. I share access to the stairwell and garage where the washer and dryer are located.

Note: This space does not have a full range/oven.
