This loft was beautiful and very nicely furnished. Owner very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Area is very quiet and not a lot going on Saturday afternoon in this small town. We did eat dinner at restaurant around the corner where service was great but we didn’t much care for the food as both meats tasted like pre-frozen and re-heated. Would highly recommend this loft and would chose again but not for those with mobility issues (25 steps up/down

Loved the properly just as much this time as we did on our first stay! Perfect location, CLEAN, relaxing balcony, love the historic Moberly photos….everything that you need for a nice, stress-free stay!!! We wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be back for a third stay soon!!! THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful Place!

What a little gem in the city of Moberly with small, but well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom, gorgeous floors, high ceilings, and decorations unique to the area. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay in loft A. The loft was immaculately clean, great downtown location, and had everything to make the stay nice and relaxing. Hey there! Moberly is our hometown and we're excited you're thinking about staying with us. We are a family of four and we spend most of our days running kids, working, operating our small event center and managing properties. We look forward to your stay with us and will do everything we can to earn a Terrific review!

Why they chose this property

Designed with beauty and functionality in mind! This Luxury loft boasts fast internet (250Mbs+), an open living area, beautiful kitchen with oversized island for eating or cooking, huge private bedrooms that include a King size bed, a Queen size bed and a rooftop deck with downtown views. The doors, trim and flooring throughout the space are original to this 1900's building but everything after that was part of our year long renovation. In total this apartment has over 1,300sf of living space. Did we mention the ROOFTOP DECK? Fully renovated in 2021.

Street parking out front can fill up quickly because of Restaurants and shopping. However, if the street is full there is free parking in any of the lots across the street. If you've got a large group or need more space check out our HUGE 1 bedroom designer loft right across the hallway!

You are literally steps away from dining, shopping or just enjoying an adult beverage with friends. Also, enjoy all the convinces of home while having more space than any local hotel room can offer.
