LIVING AREA

Two sofas set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to stream favorite shows on the 65 smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare favorite foods in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring helpful appliances and gadgets.

When its time to eat, choose from the six-person table in the kitchen or the additional dining table with seating for four.

BED & BATH

This rental accommodates nine guests between the four bedrooms.

Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV. The third bedroom -- which can double as a private office space or bonus living area -- comes with a queen futon and a smart TV.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The two guest bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience.

Kensington Park communal amenities include a swimming pool (unheated and open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available nearby on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This three-story townhome is accessed via two exterior steps.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
