Welcome at the Sunny City Studio! This comfortable, bright studio is perfect for enjoying Zandvoort. Use the property as a base to experience the city and live like a local. The studio has everything you need for a great stay - work or pleasure near the beach! Notice Amsterdam is just a 30 min ride!

The kitchen contains all the basics to prepare a nice meal (please note there is no oven and dishwasher). The bedroom is separate to the living space and includes a double bed and a clothes-rack. In the living space are bunk bed, flatscreen tv and a dining area. The bathroom contains a shower, sink and toilet.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

It was excellent!

Everything was perfect. The location is great it’s only 30min in train to Amsterdam, and the station is 3min walking from the house. The neighborhood was so nice, there are a lot of places to eat and also there is a supermarket very close.

Für Kurzreisen perfekt

Kleines Apartment was auf Grund der Größe perfekt ist für Leute die sich mehr draußen als in der Wohnung aufhalten wollen. Die Küche ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet u.a. mit Wasserkocher und Senseo Kaffeemaschine. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein Parkhaus befindet sich direkt gegenüber, die Geschäfte und die Fußgängerzonen sind in 2 min zuerreichen, der Strand in ca. 10 min.

Dostačující, nefunguje klimatizace a Wifi

Bylo to dostačující ubytování. Jeho největší výhodou byla skvělá lokalita, pár kroků od nádraží, pláže nebo obchodů. Ovšem co se týče ubytování: Wifi nefungovala po celou dobu pobytu, klimatizace totéž. Pohovka byla špinavá a po rozložení se rozpadala. Chybělo prostěradlo.
