The small village Mirtia lies on the western coast of Peloponnese, approx. 11km northwest of the city Pyrgos and north of the picturesque port of Katakolo. The detached house OCTOPUS is located just outside the village in quiet, secluded and idyllic surroundings between olive groves. The detached, two-storey house stands on a large nature property and is simply and functionally furnished. The open-plan kitchen with adjoining kitchenette, dining table and bathroom are on the ground floor. There is direct exit to the roofed terrace at the front of the house and the nature property. From the open-plan kitchen a staircase is leading to the upper floor and the bedroom (sea view from the upper floor).
The extensive, fine sandy beach of Aghios Ilias is in a distance of approx. 3km from your holiday house. On the beach there is a kite school and some organised beach bars with sunbeds and parasols.
