About this property

Nestled between St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto Park. This condo has its own private outside entrance, and is a split plan two bedroom, two bathroom bright 2nd floor corner unit. The entire condo has been updated and refreshed. You will notice the brand new quality furniture throughout the unit, fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and all the amenities you are used to at home. Master bedroom with master bath, second bedroom with attached second bathroom that can close off to become its own private bath as well. Did we mention access to our own small private beach?! Close to Pass a Grille Beach, Treasure Island, downtown St. Pete, The Pier, Tropicana Field, Dali Museum, restaurants, live music, Golf, and water sports. We love it, and you will too!!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is centrally located to all activities in a vacation you could ask for. All within 15 minutes of us. We have a small private beach and fishing under the bridge if you want to bring your rods. Walking paths throughout the property. Gorgeous community with resort style entrance. Very laid back and mellow property with a beautiful pool and hot tub, open until 11:00 pm.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located in a central location between St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto Park. One mile from Gulf Blvd., where all the hotels, bars, live music, water activities and mom and pop restaurants are located. Our condo is 12 minutes to downtown St. Pete and The Pier. Ten minutes to Tropicana field. 15 minutes from Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Forty minutes from Bush Gardens and The Hard Rock Casino. There are so many things to do from the location of our condo that you will never be bored!
