Such a great hidden gem

This vacation home is truly a hidden gem. Within 15 minutes we could get to midtown, downtown, Atlantic station, and all of the dining you could need. It’s less than five minutes from Spelman, Morehouse, Clark Atlanta, and about 12 minutes to Georgia Tech! The space was super clean and stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, etc. The space looks exactly like the photos! We had a small issue with the wifi and the Host had us fixed up in moments! Next time I’m in Atlanta I will certainly stay here again 10/10!

Why they chose this property

This property is a gorgeous brand new renovation that I had the pleasure to fill with amenities to make it a home. It is so close to everything, walking distance to downtown, 4 blocks from public transit, 15 minutes to the airport, and 3-minutes from the interstate. It's so comfortable and so convenient, you will easily make it your home away from home!

What makes this property unique

Walk through the front door to an expertly designed space that you can call home!

The living room has a leather sofa and ottoman with a big-screen TV. The kitchen is large with cooking basics. The bathroom is awesome and has been fully renovated. The bedrooms are spacious. One has a Queen bed and one has a King bed. The bathroom is just off the kitchen and is near the bedroom with the Queen bed. The other bedroom is off of the living room, closer to the front door.

It is a quaint space and is the perfect size for up to 4 guests. If you want an extra person to sleep on the couch, let us know when booking! That brings our maximum to 5.

Small touches complete this space and make it the perfect place for a long or a short stay!

Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are provided. The towels and bedsheets are nice so please don't stain them!

This is a standalone brick duplex. You will have full private access to the upper unit. The lower unit may be occupied. Note that the driveway for this home is on the left side of the home when facing it from the street. You can park for free in this driveway, which can hold approximately two medium-sized cars if pulled all the way up.
