LOCATION—This home is conveniently located in North Breckenridge for snow skiing, golfing, hiking and biking; less than five miles to Breck Connect Gondola, less than one mile to the public Breckenridge Golf Club courses designed by Jack Nicholson, steps to the famous Colorado Hiking Trail or walk out your door to begin your bike ride on miles of level terrain or veer off to the nearby mountains for a more challenging ride.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:

Very pleased until a disproportionate charge arrived.
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say that this property is very nice, with lots of open spaces and great features. We spent about a week there and really enjoyed our stay until we received what we believe was an arbitrary charge for "excessive cleaning". Be careful with the check-out instructions, since they say you can leave any remaining food in the kitchen, and we were surprised with pictures of what we left in the fridge, perfectly good to use, looking like trash among a few empty bottles that we left, and because of these, we were charged $500 out of the blue. By mistake, we left a few balloons that had confetti in them in a room (it was the birthday of one of our friends) and the cleaning service, instead of putting them in a bag and burst them inside it, they burst them right on the floor causing a mess with the confetti, and using this as part of the justification to charge this insane amount, something that I am sure they solved with a vacuum cleaner in just a few minutes. We tried to negotiate with the administration, but they justified their charge by saying that the cleaning service rarely reports this type of "excessive cleaning" and it should be paid. There was no willingness whatsoever to listen to us or dispute their third party provider. We regret this situation and hope VisitBreak pays more attention to their providers and their acts, which from our point of view, were done in bad faith just to charge more money. If you decide to stay at this property, better leave everything spotless so you don't expose to a situation like this.

Wonderful home
Beautiful view, comfortable beds, lots of room for everyone to spreas out in. Hot tub was great for relaxation after skiing all day. House was very clean and kitchen had a good stock of essentials. Will definitely be beck.
