The highlight of this apartment is the fantastic view over the Schloonsee from the bedroom and living room as well as from the balcony. The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather seating group, a couch table and TV / radio. The modern kitchenette, equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine etc. and a dining area for 2-4 persons are integrated in the living area. Villa Vineta is located in the first row directly on the beach promenade of Bansin and belongs to one of the most beautiful houses of Usedom. Surrounded by the Baltic Sea on one side and the Schloonsee on the other, all apartments have a magnificent view of the water. The pier and the center of Bansin are a 5-minute walk away. Many restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The extensive beech forest begins nearby. There are no limits to hiking and biking.
